Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Worship Leader to guide our congregation in meaningful worship of the One True God. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of music ministry, fostering an environment where worship can flourish. This role requires effective communication, mentoring abilities, and a commitment to Christ like moral standards of living.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate worship services, ensuring a spiritually enriching experience for the congregation.

• Select and arrange music that aligns with the church's vision and teachings.

• Collaborate with pastoral staff to create cohesive worship themes and service plans.

• Mentor and educate team members, including musicians and vocalists, to enhance their skills and confidence.

• Organize rehearsals and provide constructive feedback to improve performance quality.

• Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation from all members of the congregation.

• Stay current with contemporary worship trends while respecting traditional practices.

Experience

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a church or ministry setting is preferred.

• Strong musical proficiency, including vocal abilities and instrumental skills.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.

• Experience in mentoring or educating individuals in music and spiritual maturity is highly desirable.

• A deep personal faith and commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord of their lives.
